VEHICLE RULES

  • No smoking

  • No illegal drugs 

  • No underage drinking

  • No standing on seats 

  • Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol beverages and enjoy them while riding the bus. However, guests may not carry open containers of alcohol onto or off the bus.

  • If you do spill, please clean it up right away. 

  • No guns and knives

  • Passengers must always remain behind the driver’s privacy curtain.

  • No sitting on back of seats 

  • Standing while the vehicle is in motion could result in passenger injury. Imperial Luxury Travel is not responsible for any injuries due to a passenger who stands while the bus is in motion.

  • Aggressive, rude, belligerent or drunken behavior will result in termination of the contract.

 

 DEPOSIT-PAYMENT-GRATUITY

 

  • Imperial Luxury Travel requires a 30% non-refundable deposit upon booking the reservation. Our Company does not guarantee performance until receipt of minimum deposit.

  • Full payment is due upon the time of pick-up. If paid by credit card, a 4% credit card vendor fee will be added to the cost. 

  • A 20% voluntary driver gratuity will be added to the cost of your rental.

DAMAGE POLICY & FEES

 

The driver inspects each vehicle before, during, and after each rental. In the event of damage, the customer will be held financially responsible for any repairs or cleaning. Included but not limited to:

 

  • Cracked or Broken Windows

  • Damage to Seats 

  • Damage to Lights, TV, or Stereo Equipment 

  • Excessively Spilled Fluids/Food

  • Vomit (Subject to $300.00 clean up fee)


CANCELLATION

 

Imperial Luxury Travel, LLC requires a 30% non-refundable deposit upon booking the reservation. The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of the reservation date.  Client waives remaining balance if Imperial Luxury Travel, LLC is not notified of cancellation within 7 days of travel. Cancellations with less than required notice will result in a full charge, which will be placed on the credit card used to book the reservation. All Cancellations must be submitted via email at imperialluxurytravel@gmail.com or texted to 770-770-0650.
